SYMPTOMS
When installing Periotron Professional 3.x, Windows displays the following:
A file being copied is older than the file currently on your system. It is recommended that you keep your existing file.

CAUSE
This message is generated by the Windows operating system. It is generated only when re-installing Periotron Professional 3.x, even after Periotron Professional was uninstalled properly.
RESOLUTION
This message is informative only. No data has been lost nor have any files been corrupted. Windows will display this message anytime it detects a file being copied onto the computer that is older than an existing file with the same name. Windows determines a file is older based on the date and time it was copied onto the system. Continue with the re-installation of Periotron Professional 3.x. Click on the "No to All" button
STEPS TO REPRODUCE BEHAVIOR
- Install Periotron Professional 3.x
- Uninstall Periotron Professional using Remove Programs utility found in Windows Control Panel.
3 Re-install Periotron Professional.
Setup.exe is Not a Valid Win32 Application

SYMPTOMS
When installing Periotron Professional 3.x, Windows displays the following:
Setup.exe is Not a Valid Win32 Application
CAUSE
This message is generated by the Windows operating system unable to properly load the Setup program from the CD-ROM. This is due to either:
The user is trying to install Periotron Professional 3.x onto a Windows 3.x based system. Periotron Professional will not install or run under Windows 3.x., or the CD-ROM drive is not multispeed or multiformat compatible. This is found mostly in low-end or older ROM drives.
The Periotron Professional CD-ROM is damaged or defective.
RESOLUTION
Resolution of this problem depends on the cause.
Periotron Professional Version 3.x can only be installed onto Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000 and XP operating systems. It will not load or run correctly on Windows 3.x systems, or incompatible CD-ROM drives will need to be replaced with compatible models.
For defective or damaged CD-ROM's please contact Oraflow for a replacement.
STATUS
